1. Purpose

Tutor e all strives to provide high-quality tuition sessions. However, we understand that on occasion, students may not be satisfied with their learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be granted.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Unsatisfied Sessions:
    • If a student is not satisfied with a session, they must email Tutor e all within 3 days of the lesson.
    • The email must include the session details and a clear explanation of the issue.
    • Where appropriate, Tutor e all will offer a free replacement session rather than a cash refund.
  • Tutor Cancellations:
    • If a tutor cancels a session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, students will be entitled to a free replacement session or a full refund.
  • Platform or Technical Failures:
    • If a session is disrupted due to Tutor e all platform issues, a replacement session or refund will be offered.
    • Tutor e all is not responsible for technical issues caused by the student’s internet connection, hardware, or software.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Sessions missed/late by the student without valid reason.
  • Dissatisfaction not reported within 3 days of the lesson.
  • Requests for refunds where Tutor e all reasonably determines that the student’s complaint is not genuine.
  • Student is banned from a session due to behaviour seen as inappropriate by the instructor.
  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before the sessions start time. You may be able to reschedule the session at the discretion of the tutor,if they are contacted via our secure platforms messaging system.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Tutors may withdraw earnings after 30 days of the completed session to allow time for dispute resolution.
  • In the event of a refund being granted, Tutor e all reserves the right to deduct the refunded amount from the tutor’s future earnings.

5. Discretionary Rights

Tutor e all reserves the right to make case-by-case decisions in exceptional circumstances.
